CVS Deals

Just ran to CVS today for my trip of the week.
I ended up with
2 colgate toothpaste 2.99
1 soft & dry deodorant 4.29
1 Right Guard Extreme(BOGO so free)

I used:
$1 off Right Guard
$1 Soft & Dry
$1.50 off the colgate
-(I had two but since I gave my coupons in a bad order they only let me use one. I’m still learning)

Paid with $5.99 in ECB’s and $1.08 oop. Would have been $0 oop had the coupon gone through and now I know what I need to do so next time it does.
Overall I got $14.78 in merchandise for $1.08 oop and I earned $4 ecbs.

I now officially have plenty of toothpaste but I plan to keep purchasing it when I can get it for more than free. When I get a nice little stash I’m going to donate it to our church’s community center.

Found you at Centsible Sawyer. I've only been doing the CVS savings since May and I remember the time I didn't use the $4 off $20 coupon. That was painful :-) I still mess up at times but I'm getting better. The savings are worth it. And it does get easier.

It's always good to hear from other CVSers. Your right even when you mess up the savings are worth it.
Now if only I could get my hands on some more $/$$, but isn't that something we all want :)
