I like Nicholas Sparks as an author – I find his style of writing to be really easy and enjoyable, but I just can’t handle the endings. Granted I’ve only read a few of his books but do they ever have a happy ending? If there weren’t already tons of copies on PBS I’d list my copy of Message in a bottle for a swap. Good thing I only paid pennies for it at our last book sale. Books read in 2009: 20
